Indian woman abducted in Kabul

It is feared that an Indian woman has been abducted in Kabul. Television reports identified the woman as 40-year-old Judith D’Souza, a resident of Kolkata. MEA, was reportedly in touch with Afghan authorities to seek her early release. The government sources also said that the authorities are in touch with her family and the Indian mission in Kabul. 

Surveillance teams and special forces were trying to locate the woman whose mobile phone was switched on for some time after the abduction. Reportedly, the woman, a senior technical adviser with the Aga Khan Foundation, was abducted from Kabul on Thursday night.
